Off Plan Properties in Ras Al Khaimah that has not been developed yet. This property may not seem like the most logical choice, but it can be one of the most profitable ones. If they are carefully chosen, off plan properties earn higher returns than completed ones. Ras Al Khaimah is continuously growing in terms of modern trends in architecture and design, and there will be significant improvements in projects in the future.
Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) is one of the seven emirates that cover the UAE. In addition, the city of Ras Al Khaimah, known as RAK or RAK City, is the capital of the emirate and the residence of most of the emirate's residents. It is linked to the Islamic trade port of Julfar. In English, its name means "headland of the tent." The emirate borders Musandam, an exclusive territory of Oman, and occupies part of the same peninsula. It has an area of 2,486 km2 (960 square miles) and a beach coastline of 64 km (40 miles). As of 2015, the emirate's population was approximately 345,000.
The Hajar Mountains encircle the city of Ras Al Khaimah to the northwest, and its two primary districts are Old Town and Nakheel, which are located on either side of a stream that is home to mangroves. The emirate also consists of several villages as well as new gated communities like Mina Al Arab and Al Hamra Village. The emirate has Ras Al Khaimah International Airport. The geography consists of the north (where the city of Ras Al Khaimah and most cities are located), a large inland enclave in the south (near the Dubai enclave of Hatta), and several small islands in the Persian Gulf. Ras Al Khaimah has some of the most fertile soil in the country due to high rainfall and groundwater flow from the Hajar Mountains, which provide a landward view of the city.
The United Arab Emirates' northernmost emirate offers a variety of delights between miles of white sand beaches and turquoise waters, the majestic Hajjar Mountains, and majestic desert dunes. Watch a camel race, try your hand at a shooting range, or soar in an ultralight aircraft at Jazirah Aviation Club. Taxis and rental cars are available, and Dubai International Airport is a 40-minute drive away. Don't miss the Ras Al Khaimah Museum, the 120-store Manar Mall.
Ras Al Khaimah is famous for its outstanding nature, leisure, adventure, and authentic offerings. With over 7,000 years of extraordinary history, the northernmost emirate of the UAE has become one of the most popular travel destinations in the Middle East.
If you are traveling to the emirate, please note that there are no border crossings from neighboring emirates, including Ras Al Khaimah and Dubai. You can travel freely between Ras Al Khaimah and other bordering emirates without any restrictions.
