After the successful ballot of LDA City Phase 1 and the release of the location map. Everyone looking for the estimated value of plots in each block. It is important to share the estimated price of plots.  However, plot prices vary on its location and easy access to a wide road. Also, blocks close to the main entrance or the central location are more expensive than far blocks. Besides, it is important to know the expected price of each block before if you are planning to buy or sell.

Another main reason for pricing is supply and demand. Due to the about 9,000 plots included in the ballot, the supply of the plots after the ballot is very high, so the price can remain low for some time until the demand meets the supply

The estimated price just based on the current demand in the market.

• High prices category plots i.e main road plot, corner plot, or park facing plots etc
• Low prices category plots i.e to facing graveyard, near village etc

LDA City Phase 1

LDA has successfully conducted phase 1 balloting on November 30, 2019.  It has 15 Blocks name after letter sets i.e, Block A, Block B, Block C….. Block P, Block Q.  The plot sizes available are 5 Marla, 10 Marla, 1 Kanal and 2 Kanal. It has 75, 150, 200 and 300 feet wide roads. One block named as Eastern CBD  for commercial activity.
