Goldern Oppertuinty For Sector P, T & V 4 Marla Commercial Plot Allottees

The administration has announced an adjustment plan for 4 Marla Commercial plots from Sector P, T & V to 1 Kanal Sectors A, F, L, X & Y.  As per the post shared on its official Facebook page.

They offer an excellent opportunity to the existing commercial member with key benefits like increased return on their investment and a better location. However, The transfer of plots under category Corner/ Routine is done by balloting under the Board of Officers to ensure that the entire process is transparent.

Interested members who wish to apply can visit the DHAM website.  You must forward an application in the name of Additional Director Transfer of DHA Multan by filling the application as per the format given on the website

Forms will be available from October 25th to November 25th.  Moreover, The administration assures members that transparency will be maintained through the separate ballots for Corner/ Routine Plots.

Extension in Surcharge Incentive Scheme For all Categories of Plots/Vills

Oct 21th 2021: To facilitate our valued member’s last day, the surcharge incentive scheme for all plot/villa categories has been extended to 30th Nov 2021, instead of 30th Sep  2021.

Note:

• To claim a 100% surcharge waiver, you must immediately clear your outstanding installments.
• Surcharge already paid by the current owner will also be adjusted on clearance of all dues.
• Now the Scheme is valid till 30th No 2021.
