Lahore Smart City Possession Announced For Residential & Commercial Plots

LSC is making all efforts for timely delivery which is not possible without the support of our valued customers and selling partners. Keeping this promise, we are pleased to announce the possession of sector A & sector B almost three years before promised delivery date.

 

Lahore Smart City Possession Policy:

Sector A: possession process will start in March 2022, IN SHA ALLAH.
Sector B: possession process will start in May 2022, (after Ramadan) IN SHA ALLAH.

Further details for the possession policy are listed below:

•  All those members who have booked their plots on 100% payment will be eligible for the possession of plots on their own choice subject to the start of construction works within 90 days after signing their willingness to perform on stamp agreement
•  In the second phase, the company will announce possession for the remaining plots (if available) on a first come first serve basis. Priority will be given to members who have booked their plots on 40% and 50% down payment respectively. The customer needs to verify the availability of plots before depositing 100% payment from our office and should sign the willingness performa for the start of construction works within 90 days.

Notification for the start of the possession process will be published in due course of time. To facilitate the members for construction of their property, management has decided to start receiving the development charges from next year.
