Lahore Smart City issued an important notice about the cancellation policy

As per the latest news reports, Lahore Smart City (LSC) officials have issued an important notice about the cancellation policy for pre-launch files including 2.66 Marla and 6 Marla commercial plots to deposit their dues by May 31, 2023. Moreover, If the file holder does not pay their deposits in the given time frame. As a result, the file is canceled.
Notice:
The file cancellation policy was announced by LSC Sales and Management Director Mr Mujeeb Amjad Khan. The Notice was informed to investors to update them about cancellation policies of the residential and commercial plots pre-launch files.

The file holders of 2.66 Marla and 6 Marla commercial plots must need to pay their installments and down payment. In addition, investors should deposit a 20% payment by May 31, 2023, and receive an MS letter from the Society. If the investor does not submit a payment, the plot file will be canceled by the Authority.
Additionally, the file owners of pre-launch residential files must submit a 50% payment deposit by May 31, 2023, to avoid cancellation. Below are details on submitting a minimum payment for a residential plot pre-launch file.
- 5 Marla (18-19 Lac)
- 10 Marla (33-34 Lac)
- 1 Kanal (54-55 Lac)
