Lahore Smart City Announces 1st Balloting Date for Overseas 1 and Executive 1

Lahore Smart City’s management would like to thank all members and sales partners. Who Trust in our projects and services. Thank you for being included in our first selection criteria. The Issuance of acknowledgment receipts has stopped and it extended to 10 days for our valuable customers’ request. Moreover, Phase 1 Balloting (Overseas One and Executive One) will take place on May 13, 2023, In Shaa Allah. As the plot selection schedule has not been extended, all members are encouraged to meet the timeline.

Below are the terms and conditions for the selection process.

• Members who book a plot with a 100%, 50%, or 40% down payment can select the plot from March 29th to April 4th, 2023. You receive confirmation receipts of your selection for the first balloting.
• Members who complete their installments on time according to the schedule and meet the 1st phase selection criteria (60%) will also benefit from the opportunity to select a plot between April 5 and April 12, 2023. The subject is that members have confirmation receipts of their selection for the first balloting.
• Those members who received a plot selection confirmation receipt, after the company announces the balloting criteria (minimum 60%), will also be able to select a plot between April 13 and April 19, 2023. The subject that members have confirmation receipts of their selection for the first balloting

Members must visit the DHA phase 8 Lahore Office and Headquarters F-11 Center Islamabad for their selection. In addition, Members are also given the opportunity to choose their own plots Via our Member Web Portal.

All members are encouraged to do selection through the online Member Web Portal to avoid long queues and waiting times. However, if the member is not registered, the member must register himself by visiting our website www.smartcitypk.com

All Members who have plot selection receipts (60% of the plot Value) will ensure that outstanding installments have been paid without delay as per the given schedule at the time of selection to avoid any difficulty.
