How to participate in the Lahore Smart City Ballot?

We are pleased to inform Lahore Smart City residents with the wonderful news that the Authority has recently launched its Balloting date and balloting process.

Balloting sessions for the Lahore Smart City Overseas Block and Executive Block will be held in May 2023. In addition, all members must follow the policy to participate in balloting for residential and commercial plots.

Moreover, there are two ways to participate in Lahore Smart City Balloting:

• Participants must pay 40% of the payout by April 21, 2023 and participate in the ballot.
• Participants who pay at least 60% of the total amount before April 21, 2023 can choose the location of their plot.

After applying for participation in balloting, the management will issue a confirmation voucher / receipt. This receipt confirms that the member is eligible to ballot.

Note:

Lahore Smart City is a 2nd Smart City in Pakistan, become the most luxury residential project. Investors are advised to pay all remaining installments so you are eligible for Plot Number. Every block in this housing venture has been developed. So, after you get your plot number, you can get possession to construct your dream home.
