DHA Quetta proposes offer for first 50 Early Bird residential Plot Holders

As per the official Facebook page of the project, the Defense Housing Authority DHA Quetta  announced a big offer on October 21 to the first 50 1-kanal Early Bird (EB) residential plot holders. Under the proposal, plot holders would receive free soil testing, design consultation, and excavation services if they began construction of homes on their plot within 30 days of map approval.

Additionally, a 100% refund of development costs is guaranteed. Members can receive 100% of their development costs reimbursed if they complete home construction within 18 months. Likewise, members who complete the construction of their home within two years will be reimbursed 50% of the development cost.

As per the DHA Quetta agreement, the offer is also valid for authorized dealers. Applications may be promoted to the Town Planning and Building Control Office via email or hard copy during business hours. The final application deadline is October 31.
