DHA Multan Development Charges Announced For Sector M, Q, R, H, U, A and V

DHA Multan has pleased to announce that possession of your plot has been open.  Further, DHA Multan Management has announced the development charges for the M, Q, R, H, A and V Sectors. Moreover, the schedule of development Charges of Sector M, Q, R, H, U, A and V For 1 Kanal plot has been announced.  In accordance with DHA Multan announced policy regarding development charges. The said charges shall be payable w.e.f 30th September 2020 in 8th quarterly Installments in 2 Years time as per payment schedule.

Dear Member, the letter is sending to members who have a plot in these sectors to the registered address.

• Rebate on Lump Sum payment  (on outstanding amount ) shall be as fellow
  • 10% rebate in case of lump-sum payment till 31st Dec 2020
  • 5% rebate in case of lump-sum payment till 30th June 2021
• In case of corner plot, additional  charges at the rate of 10% of total development charges shall be payable as and when demanded by DHA Multan
• Surcharges @ 16 p.a will be levied in case of late payment
• Challans for payment of Development charges shall be dispatched/available online after 1st July 2020
