DHA Multan will conduct computerized balloting or draw today. This will be the second ballot in the last five years. The first balloting for the file took place in 2017. The second round of balloting is currently underway. Balloting is taking place at the DHA Arena.

Residential Plots Balloting

• 5 Marla

• 10 Marla
• 1 Kanal

Commercial Plots Balloting

• 2 Marla
• 4 Marla

These plots are offered with an easy installment plan of  3 years. Investors can also pay in 1-year and 2-year installment plans. 15% discount on cash payments until September 10, 2021.

Plot prices in DHA Multan

Plot prices in DHA Multan have also doubled in the last few months. Currently, 1 Kanal plot is selling between  12-13 million rupees, a huge jump seen in the last few months. However, 10 Marla plot rates increased between Rs. 4 to 6 million. Moreover, 5 Marla Plot prices increased from 2 million to 4 million.

Development project in progress

Some projects are near completion, such as a 360-degree zoo, sports complex, Jamia Mosque, residential villas and Rescue 1122 center for emergency medical facilities. Main Boulevard Road is fully operational 10 km long and stretches from Bosan Road to Mattital Road. It is 300 feet wide and reaches the main sectors.
