10-Marla: 55 to 85 Lacs
1-Kanal: 100 to 140 Lacs

Moreover, 1 Kanal plots its best to buy to hold it for the long-term investment. Do not buy a 10-Marla plot near the grid station. Ivy Green, Block  Z1 is equipped with all facilities such as Commercial, Park, masjid and School. The development work is almost completed to expect electricity.

However, this block is considered a premium for 5-Marla and 10-Marla plots. It has almost  5 Marla Plots; on the other hand, 10 Marla plots close to Z4 Block, Ivy Green, are prime location plots.  It has a mega theme park.

It consists of 5,7 and 10 Marla residential plots,  and the Ivy Green Block Z5 plot prices depend on location. However, if you have a low budget, buy 5 Marla plots in  750 to 1000 numbering. Moreover, buying 10 Marla at low prices is not a bad option in this block.

Ivy Green Block Z6

It is one of the best Blocks of Phase 8, Ivy Green, because of its location; it has 5, 10, and 1-Kanal residential plots. All category residential plots in this block are good to buy and hold for prospects. Do not buy 1 Kanal plot close to Dhuriwala village. Development work is almost complete here.
