DHA Phase 7 has always been considered a slightly lower-budget residential option compared to other phases of DHA Lahore; those days are long gone now. Rates have gone far higher than generally perceived, and construction activity has been going rapidly. The growth that DHA Phase 7 has observed over the recent past is likely to sustain its pace with more construction activity, and the Phase is well and truly heading toward full maturity. Since the groundbreaking of Park and McDonald’s commercial activity elsewhere in the Phase, it is to follow suit. Phase 7 is a very reliable option to build and live in.

DHA Phase 7’s location is similar to Phase 6 and Phase 8. With one side facing Barki Road, the rest of the Phase is close to DHA Phases 6 and 8. DHA office complex and Lahore International Airport are easily accessible as well.
