Capital Smart City Published a Notice for Overseas Prime Block-I Plot

The Capital Smart City management has published a notice for overseas Prime Block-I Plot owners. The notice was shared on its official website.

Alhamdulillah, we are pleased to announce that we have already announced possession of Overseas Prime – I, 25 months before the scheduled time. This milestone cannot be achieved without the continued support of our members. However, all development work has been completed in Overseas Prime – I, and Possession have been given. However, some members still failed to deposit their installments on time. Hence, the following announcement to all our members through this notice.

• Management demanded that all overseas Prime Block-I Plot owners clear their dues.
• According to the announcement, the Candidates who have paid 20% or more of the total amount must pay their remaining pending installments by October 10, 2022, to obtain a plot number.
• Management has also asked candidates who own multiple properties in the Overseas Prime block to merge the properties and pay the remaining pending installments within a deadline.
• Based on the above, members are advised to choose this opportunity by the given date. Otherwise, the company reserves the right of cancellation.
