The Public Accounts Committee has recommended the Capital Development Authority (CDA) to implement the Banigala normalization model to approve illegal housing socities in Islamabad.
A PAC meeting hosted by Rana Tanveer Hussain told auditing authorities that Rs 30 billion to national taxpayers has lost due to the illegal development of Ghauri Town for 6,000 Kanals.
The Supreme Court ordered the normalization of Banigala's illegal buildings in accordance with certain guidelines, whereby the CDA conditionally approved the residence of Prime Minister Imran Khan.

The PAC has also directed the NAB to begin an investigation into the reconstruction of an unfair layout plan' of a private housing company founded by Senior Punjab Secretary Aleem Khan.
According to an audit report, Park View City get a loss of 2.1 billion rupees to state taxpayers.
