As per the news, the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has formulated a new mechanism to verify the quality of building materials used in key projects. Three reports are generated according to the new Quality Control Mechanism (QC).

Reports are generated in various stages. Each report of the project is submitted to the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), the Planning and Development (P&D) Committee, and the Department of Anti-Corruption. The LDA has collected samples for the project and has also collected three reports for the Shahkam Chowk Flyover, the Sheranwala Flyover project, and the Gulab Devi Underpass.
Initial inspections ensure that the quality of project construction meets established standards. In the third report, the consistency of the project is also discussed.
