Allocation letters were issued for all allotted plots of LDA City Balloting. The first two installments of the development charges schedule have passed by December 30, 2020. The 3rd installment of LDA City Lahore will expire on March 30, 2021.
All file buyers who participated in the previous ballot must submit their development charges so far (three installments) before March 30th and receive a plot allocation letter from the LDA office in Johar Town.
Failure to pay the development charges by March 30th will be fined 17.5%.
