Issue of Intimation letters DHA Quetta

Alongside files verification, DHA Quetta is also resuming the process of Intimation Letters to all offices  (QTA, ISL, LHR, KHI )with effect from 11 May 2020 Following must be ensured

• Timing in Ramzan 1400 to 1600 hrs on all working days (Monday through Friday)
• Only minimum essential staff to be utilized for the purpose.
• Appointment on tel/mob of concerned office must be obtained to avoid congestion / long waiting
• In order to avoid congestion/long waits, you need to get an appointment on the phone/mob of concerned office.
• Intimation letter  are only processed through DHA Quetta Registered Dealers
• Only one party will be allowed inside the office at any one time.
• Customer must come to DHA Office with required documents complete in all respect with paid
  challan beforehand to reduce processing time.
• If the customer approaches without an appointment, the next available slot is provided.
• All necessary precautions regarding Social Distancing/ Crona Prevention will be ensured by all concerned.
• All Papers/ documents are handled with gloves on.
