DHA Peshawar management shared important details regarding incentive details for housing construction and trade-off deals for plots. As per a post shared on its official page, this incentive was offered for a limited time. As per the updates, management has announced that development costs will be refunded to plot owners who will successfully complete home construction in one year.

In addition, DHA Peshawar management has initiated a trade-off deal. As per the information, members can purchase plots through a trade-off initiative in the Prism sector. Moreover, plots are available in 5 and 10 Marla cuttings, with a corresponding price tag of PKR 13 Lakhs and PKR 9 Lakhs.

Furthermore, Authority also recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for the first 5 Marla homes in the Prism Sector. Management has achieved a long-awaited milestone by starting construction of the first home in the Prism Sector. They also opened the mosque in Scotor B to the public. These actions are an area that clearly delivers on the promise made by DHA Peshawar.
