On 2nd Dec 2021, Defense Housing Authority (DHA Multan) has extended the last date of the surcharge incentive scheme for all types of plots/villas to December 30, 2021, instead of November 30, 2021.

Note:
• To claim a 100% surcharge waiver, you must immediately pay your outstanding installments.
• Any surcharges already paid by the current owner will also be adjusted on payment of all dues.
This plan is now valid until December 30, 2021. DHA Multan is committed to providing the best possible service to all our valuable members.
