The Defense Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta is ready to declare an early benefit balloting of plots in Sector A.
According to the information shared by local real estate experts, the government has declared that it will ballot for Sector A in all sectors, as well as show the location of Sector A on the map before the ballot.
In particular, customers must pay the full development fee to participate in the first comer balloting. About the official launch, buyers can receive an online purchase voucher form. Only those who have assigned papers, intimation documents, or open affidavit can utilize the incentive.
Many people who hold an open affidavit can take benefits after paying the development fees and get the required paperwork from DHA Quetta.
The actual number of plots to ballot can be between 1,000 and 2,000. However, these should be the best plots located in the first sector, i.e. sector A of the project, so this move is expected to generate significant buzz within the market.
