DHA Bahawalpur administration has mandated that authorized dealers register with the Federal Board of Revenue under the category of Designated Non-Financial Businesses and Professions (DNFBP). On December 21st, a notice was shared on its official Facebook page.

As per the shared information, authorities have instructed authorized dealers to complete the registration process by December 3rd. Dealers must submit certificates and registration receipts to the DHA Bahawalpur Land and Records Branch in order to continue trading DHA Bahawalpur properties.
The notice instructs the dealer to complete the certification as soon as possible to avoid inconvenience as the property cannot be transferred after January 1, 2022. FBR launched a nationwide campaign to engage specific businesses and professions to meet FATF requirements earlier this month.
