Deadline for Submission of Applications for Commercial plot in LDA City  

According to an advertisement in the national newspaper, the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has notified genuine buyers that the last date to submit the challan and application form for a commercial plot in Jinnah Sector-LDA City will soon expire.

According to the details, the online application for commercial plots is by September 15th, and the deadline to submit the challan form is September 20th. Applicants can apply online by visiting the LDA official website. Here are some key points that are important to applicants:

• There is a non-refundable application processing fee of PKR 10,000 up to 8 Marla's.
• A non-refundable application processing fee of PKR 15,000 is payable for a plot between 8 and 15 Marla's.
• A non-refundable application processing fee of PKR 20,000 is payable for plots larger than 15 Marla's.
• Successful applicants must submit a 20% down payment within 30 days before the balloting date.
• The remaining amount will be payable in 2 years installment
• 10% discount on a lump-sum payment

Also, mention that applicants can submit more than one application for different categories of plots. Authorities have asked applicants to quickly submit the form so they can be part of their ballots. The price of the plot is fixed at PKR 3,100,000 per Marla (including development cost).
