EXPRESSION OF INTENT (EOI) FIRM’S PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR MEGA PROJECTS
DHA Gujranwala plans to do a large scale project based on JV. Applications are invited from reputed companies with appropriate experience. The Mega-project details are:

- Infrastructure development package (at least 2x sectors)
- Canal Area Commercial Including Theme Park
- Commercial Projects
- Luxury and A-Class Apartments
- 10 Marla Villas and 5 Marla Houses
- Five Star Hotel including classes of hospitality services
- Amenity Project
- Medical City with Nursing School
- Education City
- Sports Complex including all allied facilities
- DHA Club with allied facilities.
- Sector Mosque
- Prefab RCC Boundary Wall at Selected Locations
